Exciting year ahead!
Happy New Year to you all.
We have got a great fun year lined up, from exciting festivals and gigs too new collaborations and recording.
You may have seen that we had a lovely photo shoot at the end of last year with the wonderful Melissa Whitehead. You can see the full collection of photos from the shoot on our Facebook page, but here is one of the out-takes from the day which shows how much fun we had.
We can already confirm that we will be performing at Sidmouth Folk Week, Broadstairs Folk Week, Whitby Folk Week and Bromyard Folk Festival which is super exciting. Watch this space for more gigs too be confirmed over the next few months.

We are planning too record our first full studio album in September to be released in Spring 2016. There will be a Kickstarter campaign heading your way soon in which you can contribute towards the making of the new album with some very exciting and fun rewards for donating your money. Keep your eye out for this appearing very soon.
September will also see us collaborating with fabulous westcountry duo Jon Dyer & Alfie Gidley. 'The Hullerburrloo Tour' will see both ourselves and Jon & Alfie performing our own sets before then joining forces too create an exciting new band to end each night. Last piece of exciting news is that Alex's other band The Teacups (which also features one of Nicola's band mates from Speldosa) have been nominated for 'Best Group' and 'Best Newcomer' in the Songlines Music Awards.
